"What's the significance of 2012?" a client asked me the other day. As a channel for the angels, I am flattered, but normally, psychic predictions are not my area of interest. I work with the angelic realm, which is concerned with realigning you with the God Source in your everyday life. My part is to ask the angels, step out of the way, and listen. The year 2012 ( 2+0+1+2) adds up to a five. In beginner numerology a five is about change. It is upsetting the apple cart for the purpose of being led into a more spiritual approach to life. Not religious. Spiritual. When we lose everything we think we are unable to live without, we look to something else. It is in this place of desperation that we surrender to the Unseen.
Whatever security we think we have is a mind trick. Notice the current earth changes: the earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, severe droughts and torrential downpours that are occurring around the globe. Perhaps it is only a short time before it rains frogs again and the Red Sea parts, not to win wars, but to teach us to live in the peace of Unconditional Love.
Thanks to high-powered microscopes and the explorative genius of Quantum Physicists, it has been proven that life is much more expansive than what we've been taught. Scientists now say that our universe is immaterial. Most of us believe the opposite: physicality rules. Scientifically, any results that did not fit our mold were discredited, no matter how brilliant the scientist conducting the studies. Anyone for a square world?
The shift of energy that is moving us into the fourth and fifth dimensions requires an acceptance and appreciation of the non-physical experience. 2012 and the years surrounding it, give us the opportunity to change our way of living.
The angels encourage us to learn to live from a spiritual platform. What is required is not constant prayer in your religion of choice. What is required is the opening of our hearts to the oneness of all life everywhere. To harm one is to harm all, from beating a harmless garter snake to death, to allowing children and adults to starve while we run off to Trader Joe's for another feast.
We are creating a new world, a new balance of power. Not the power that currently, we live under individually and internationally. Not the power that justifies: "I/we are bigger and more powerful than you. We have more money; i.e., we are smarter and better. We own you. Therefore, you do what we say because we reign!"
The new balance of power, which is what the 2012 prediction really concerns, is about living as equals. This way of living in a body is based on taking action from the place of acceptance that we are all equal under our skin, no matter what actions we have committed, so matter how different from us the other looks, no matter where we live and what we have created or not created. If I treat you without the respect and loving care that you deserve, then I am the one "less than."
The gift of 2012 is the opportunity to create heaven on earth. It's as simple as beginning today to treat your family and friends with the love and acceptance you want for yourself. This behavior requires surrendering to the God Source and listening to the Voice Within.
